It happens. Sometimes you just change your mind, or the gift you thought was going to be perfect… wasn’t. Whatever the reason, at Global Watches we’ll refund or exchange any watch you buy from us. All we ask is that you comply with the terms set out below.
You may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days from receipt of the item by giving written notice per email (email@example.com ) or per mail, giving details of the products ordered or their order number.
If you cancel your order of the item after you have received it, you must return the item to us in an undamaged and unused condition at your expense within 14 days informing us of your cancellation. You are welcome to return the product at our store or send it in its original packaging along with all the documentation.
If you cancel your order before you have received the item, you are entitled to refuse to accept delivery of the item.
Within 14 days of receipt of your item or your refusal to accept delivery, we will send a cheque or refund to your account.
Your right to return goods does not apply to goods (i) made to your specifications; or (ii) which have been clearly personalised (e.g. by being engraved) or (iii) which by reason of their nature cannot be returned. This includes for example, bracelets resized by other retailers or fitted straps.
If you indicate on your cancellation email or letter that you would rather receive an exchange than a refund and provided it is possible, this will processed within 14 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.

We hope that you and your family are keeping safe during these unparalleled and difficult times. We’re working to do our part to fight against thespread of COVID-19; as a result, we have temporarily closed our shop in-line with the government’s effort for all of us to social distance. However, despite the isolation we’re working from our homes to keep Global Watches running. We’ll continue to provide services and sales to our clients online. Our website shop remains open and all purchases will be conducted online or over the telephone with one of our sales associates. We’ll ship watches using our free delivery service. You can contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email, contact forms on our website, through our socialmedia channels, or online chat on our website(during regular business hours). We can also meet with you via Skype. We are available to answer any questions you may have process a purchase, or if you need support for a watch you purchased from us. We’d like to thank you for your loyalty and support. We’re sure that banding together in isolation that we can and will “flatten the curve” during this critical moment in the world.
