We have chosen to work with V12 Retail Finance because they are one of UK’s leading finance providers. V12 arrange and administer retail finance loans on behalf of Secure Trust Bank PLC, who is the lender. Secure Trust Bank is authorized by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority.

How our financing works

V12 Finance is available for watch purchases from £500 to £15,000 (excluding accessories). We currently offer 0% APR financing. A minimum 10% deposit is required.

What information do I have to supply to make an application?

It takes only a few minutes to complete, if you have all your information handy. You will need to supply the following details:

  • Personal details (e.g. nationality, marital status, dependents, date of birth, etc)
  • Homeowner status
  • 3 years’ address history
  • Employment and income information (e.g. employer name & address, occupation, etc)
  • Bank details

How long does it take to process my application?

Once you provide all the necessary information it typically takes only a few minutes to know if your loan is approved.

What is required from me for financing?

  • You must be a permanent UK resident and supply 3-years of address history
  • You must receive a gross annual income of at least £10,000, either through employment or
  • Retirement
  • You possess a debit or credit
  • You have a good credit history
  • You must have a UK bank account capable of accepting Direct Debits.
  • The watch must be delivered to your home address
  • The deposit must be paid using a credit or debit card

Can I cancel my credit agreement if I change my mind? 

You have the right under section 66A of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason before the end of 14 days (beginning with the day after the day on which the agreement is made or, if later, the date on which we will tell you that we have signed the agreement). If you wish to withdraw you must give V12 Retail Finance notice in writing or by telephone or email (see contact details below).

Please note that if you do give notice of withdrawal, you must repay the full amount of the credit without delay and in any event by no later than 30 days after giving notice of withdrawal. If you want to settle the loan after the 14-day cooling off period, you may do so but you will also have to pay interest accrued from the date the agreement was made until the date you repay it. If you wish to pay by debit card, please telephone V12 Retail Finance Ltd (phone number below). If you wish to pay by cheque, please send it by first class post to V12 Retail Finance (address below). Please allow 10 working days from the day you post the cheque to allow time to process the payment.

Do I need to pay a deposit? 

Yes, you will. If your credit application is accepted, you will be required to pay a 10% deposit using a credit or debit card. The amount of the deposit is shown in the credit summary on the credit agreement.

How do I make loan payments? 

Your monthly repayments are collected by Direct Debit from your UK bank account.

When do I have to start to repay the loan? 

V12 Finance will write to you to confirm the date your repayments will start. The first payment is typically due 30 days following the date of delivery of your watch.

Can I pay my loan off early? 

You have the right to repay all or part of the credit early at any time. If you would like to do so, you should contact V12 Retail Finance directly for details by phone, e-mail or letter at the following:

How much does the loan cost? 

The total cost of your loan will be shown on your V12 finance agreement.

What is APR?

APR stands for Annual Percentage Rate. APR is the interest rate applied on a loan (or credit card, mortgage, etc) for an entire year rather than just a monthly fee/rate.

What APR will I be charged? 

The APR is shown clearly on the credit summary throughout the credit application process. It is also shown clearly on the credit agreement itself. The APR for Interest free credit is 0%.

What happens if I make a late payment? 

If you fail to pay any amount you owe under the Credit Agreement by the date it is due, V12 Finance may charge you interest on that amount, they may also levy additional fees – details of these can be found in your copy of the credit agreement which is available to you as part of the application process and also supplied to you as part of the welcome pack you will receive following acceptance of finance.
