Global Watches prides itself on offering free worldwide shipping on all orders, except if provided otherwise. Please read on to understand our processes.
These will vary depending on the availability of the goods and where the watch is being delivered to. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date provided to us by the delivery/shipping company. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date as events happen outside of our control.
Shipments in the UK
Free shipping via Royal Mail Special Delivery, with next day delivery before 1 pm. Upon request, deliveries can be made before 9 am. For the UK Islands, shipping may take 2 to 3 days.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, and sometimes on Saturdays at Royal Mail’s discretion. No deliveries on Sundays or Bank holidays.
All deliveries outside the UK are made either with FedEx or Malca Amit.
We cannot deliver the goods to the following countries: Afghanistan; Angola; Cuba; Ethiopia; Iran; Iraq; Lebanon; Liberia; Libya; Myanmar/Burma; Nicaragua; Nigeria; North Korea; Rwanda; Sierra Leone; Somalia; Sudan; Syria; Uganda; Zimbabwe; and countries comprised by the former territories of USSR. This list is not exhaustive. Please check with Global Watches.
We will confirm your shipment by email along with tracking numbers and the link to the carrier’s tracking tool.
We will arrange for insured delivery of the product/s while in transit to the address that you provided to us, except if agreed otherwise.
The carrier will require a signature of proof of delivery from an adult aged 18 and over. If no-one is available when the carrier attempts delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card for you to re-arrange delivery at a more convenient time.
Title in the product/s shall remain with us until we have received cleared payment. The risk in the item is passed over when the goods are successfully delivered. The product/s will therefore no longer be insured by Global Watches.
Customs and importation laws
When ordering products from us for delivery outside of the UK and the EU, you are the importer of record and must comply with the regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
Note that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Watches with special luxury components, such as calf, crocodile or alligator straps may fall to rare species' local importation laws. Please check if such items may be imported into the country.

We’re working to do our part to fight against thespread of COVID-19; as a result, we have temporarily closed our shop in-line with the government’s effort for all of us to social distance. However, despite the isolation we’re working from our homes to keep Global Watches running. We’ll continue to provide services and sales to our clients online. Our website shop remains open and all purchases will be conducted online or over the telephone with one of our sales associates. We’ll ship watches using our free delivery service. You can contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email, contact forms on our website, through our socialmedia channels, or online chat on our website(during regular business hours). We can also meet with you via Skype. We are available to answer any questions you may have process a purchase, or if you need support for a watch you purchased from us. We’d like to thank you for your loyalty and support. We’re sure that banding together in isolation that we can and will “flatten the curve” during this critical moment in the world.
